Scooby and Shaggy

Shaggy is fondant, Scooby is fondant and chocolate.

Orange dreamsicle cake- light orange cake, filled with vanilla mousse and iced with orange buttercream. One of my favorite flavors, yum!

Black and white bridal shower cake

A "mini" wedding cake. Tier sizes are 9", 7" and 5".

All chocolate/vanilla marble cake, with alternating layers of white chocolate and dark chocolate mousses.

Fondant/gumpaste decor, fresh roses on top (per client request).

Black and white 1950's themed cake.

The car is sculpted from rice krispy treats and covered in fondant. My first attempt at RKT sculpting.

Cake is all chocolate- dark chocolate cake with layers of chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse and iced with chocolate buttercream.

A very fun cake to do!
